    Next time try deselecting "Other files and folders" in the mig. assistant and see if that works. It seems the 'Extra' folder is being overwritten with that option. Alex

    Migration Assistant [SOLVED] After further experimentation, it appears that the offending part of the migration assistant is the "Other files and folders" under the "Documents & Data" section. Leave that unchecked and no problems.... at least in my case. Doing an online search revealed this...
