Not sure what a 'clean' install would mean. Are you asking that I start over or is there a way to do an effective 'OS' install on top of my existing system?
I am still a little OSX newb in general so I am less familiar with options, etc.

I selected the Gigabeast profile for my mobo: P55A-UD3.
I also selected system utilities.
I have never had an ATI card and the only other kexts I have are for sound or SATA.
I originally installed this system with an older version of multibeast. I assume that Chameleon is updated...
Removed the nvenabler kext and removed the PCIRootUID=1 from the config file.
Now when I reboot I only get 1024X768 as an option and the identified video card is wrong.

I believe the other panic after installing the Extra data provided by tony was due to permission problem. I re-ran repair permissions and rebuild cache and I can now boot fine as long as I leave the tonymacx86-iBoot in the DVD...
I deleted the files and replaced with the data in the zip you provided.
Now the system panics regardless of the DVD inserted or not.
I booted with -v and saw that the halt is on the AppleHDADriver..
Attached is a section of the screen with the panic info.
