Okay, I give up for now. I'll try an entirely clean install when Yosemite comes out. Deleted AppleHDA then installed Combo Update, still get that warning when rebuilding cache. Motherboard audio (Realtek) was disabled in BIOS. Enabled it, redid DSDT and get HDEF in IOService, but no HDMI audio.

Restored 10.9.4 AppleHDA.kext and edited HDAU in the DSDT. Alas, still no HDMI audio. I can see the DSDT edits reflected in the IOReg though.

That's exactly what I tried and it didn't seem to change anything. Before replacing the EA0B entries there was already an entry for DE100A0E in the Controller binary. I don't know if that indicates anything. The GTX670 should just work with Clover and an edited DSDT without any kext edits...

Right! It was like the twentieth time I'd been loading a new DSDT and restarting etc. Put it in the right ACPI folder, DSDT loads, HDAU is in IO Reg. Still no HDMI audio though.

Also have this problem. I was able to sign into iCloud by deleting the boot.plist from the boot partitions of the two drives and loading the system through the Unibeast USB. If you select one of the Fusion Drives first (it should say 'can't find') in the loader THEN select the USB it should load...

Success with combo update on GA-H61N-USB3 F8; just had to reinstall 3rd-party SATA (for drives to show as internal) & audio.
