Update: Resetting the MoBo hard didn't help. Read up a bit more on -allowUntrusted and it can be built into the installer, will just ask you an extra time to allow it.

Same as previous logs shown in this thread. Can't wrap my head around -allowUntrusted to get around it. Anyone willing to help out? I understand it can be used for say 600 seconds and then the -allowUntrusted is reversed. But I can't figure out how to write the command in Terminal. Too long...

They did come with the computer. Now I have tried with 8Gb original Apple RAM that came with my Mac Pro 4.1 (10600E). Same result. ACPI-KP, no matter what. Guess this Z400 will become a Windows-machine to rund racing-sims on since it now has a R9 280x and my Mac Pro already have two of those… :p

The ALXEthernet.kext has a serious memory leak. meaning anytime I try to send any files bigger than 2-3 Mb over the ethernet the machines crashes bone hard and reboots. Tried the Atherose2200 before without luck. Gonna give it a go again. Are you sure you have used this driver under 10.11.6...

So you somehow managed to get Clover to boot your Z400 both om the USB and then later on your HD? I can't seem to get past the "Unable to find driver for this platform" ACPI-KP, no matter what I try. Tried the standard 10.11.x Clover-method, results in "Unable to find driver for this platform"...

It ALMOST worked for me! Still get a ACPI-KP on my Z400. I have tried a gazillion methods, but always ACPI or IOKit-trouble (USBUHC). Any hints for Z400 from Z400 specialists are welcome! (And YES! Z400 has a X58 chipset!) :)

Reviving this old thread... trying hard to get my Z400 to even boot the install-USB. Tried your method, Clover (with various fixes), another method using Enoch's latest version etc. No luck this far, will not even boot into the installer. Either the infamous ACPI-KP, or the AppleUSB-KP. Anyone...

Does this happen before you install the extras with MultiBeast? I was having the same issue with similar HW except I used a GT 640 GPU. For me it was the the whole FakeSMC that was the problem. Try leaving that out. You don't really need it unless you wanna overclock etc.

Using F8 firmare with the same board. No problemo. Have i7 3770K and a GT640.
