Possibly not updating Clover could be the case, so is there a solution to this?
To somehow get through this booting loop, to update Clover, install Multibeast to fix the problems.
Or I just have to do a clean install?
Thank you very much HorchaudiBMW for your reply,
Here it is... but it's rather 'a previously bootable drive' (when it was Yosemite) right now, nothing is bootable, through drive and unibeast
Hello there,
I had a working hackintosh running OSX Yosemite until I decided to update to MacOS Sierra via Unibeast,
Following the instructions from the forum
The update installation went successfully, however..when I tried to boot into the system through Unibeast Clover UEFI (I had to boot...
EC reset solved the problem with trackpad...
However, the mac still keeps rejecting USB drive, constantly .. including my USB mouse.
I don't know how to fix this...
Thank you Rehab man,
I'll try to fix it with Unibeast according to the instructions in the link you mentioned.
Truly, Thank you.
Shall report the outcome afterwards.
I erased the target partition with disk utility in the installer.
I couldn't boot from Chimera from HDD eventhough I had it installed, don't know why? but it kept booting into my windows
chimira screen didn't even show up.
I'll look for EC reset
Thank you Rehabman
The fresh install does its job... so now I can access my mavericks drive. Thanks to the installation guide by Rehabman which is fairly easy to follow
Still problems to solve though, frozen screen, mac keeps ejecting USB, trackpad not workings (everything else works)
Thank you Rehabman, I'll try again.
I also don't understand why...
My HP probook started off as Snow Leopard, then followed your guided into upgrading to Lion, Mountain Lion ... never had problems.
I'm not sure , but I installed with Unibeast 3.0.1, and the logos aren't the same as the one I used before.
It's bigger , (circle) , cartoonish.
or should I make a new Unibeast ? instead of erasing the drive and install fresh (which might not help anyway)
Thank you Rehabman,
Already did as you suggested , still same result.
It's really weird so I tried updating again , onto the same drive , still not working.
maybe I'll have to do a fresh install?
I still have access to windows drive, have MACdrive installed ..so it's possible to backup the files..but surely...
Thank you Rehabman for the reply :)
I did boot into the unibeast USB :) by pressing F9
The mavericks drive still doesn't show up....
only installer and windows
