Check to ensure your graphics card is being cooled. Perhaps its overheating? I know in the past I have had some cards that required a separate power connection.

I have got this all sorted. It appears that the AppleRTCPatchFor CMOS in multibeast fixed that issue. Also AppleACPI was needed for the Yos install.

Try booting your system with the -v boot flag this will give you more information to the problem you are having.
