ASUS P8Z77-V LX and HD4000 Graphics Issues

Hi, When I boot up from the USB drive image created with Unibeast I get to the Apple logo with the progress bar. After a few seconds the display flickers and I get what looks like a corrupted display. I can see that eventually it does load and I am presented with a list of options, however...

I appreciated that instructions cannot be provided for unreleased software. The gist of my question is - Is it possible to install OS X with just an Ivy Bridge cpu? I've seen posts saying they've installed OS X with a SB cpu and then swapped in an IB cpu.

Ivy Bridge Mobo and Gfx card

So it seems Gigabyte is the only option to avoid trouble. Regarding the other questions, could anyone explain how I would go about installing Mountain Lion once it is released? Would I have to install Snow Leopard beforehand?

Ivy Bridge Mobo and Gfx card

Hi all. I'm intending to build a system around a Core i5 3450 cpu. From what I gather, these two mobos should be compatible. ASUS P8Z77-M - http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8Z77M/#specifications ASUS P8Z77-V LX -...
