After i had done a fresh clean install ... nothing changed. Install was only with PCIRootUID=0 possible; everythings installs fine - QE/CL work, but thinks like waking up after sleep => black screen....

Hmm ... i try a blank reinstall on a new hdd this weekend. Cauz i've the exact same card... Maybe something left from my old Lion install causes the trouble... @tony: could u post a 'ls -l' of your /S/L/E please?
