The VRAM in the bios should be set at 64mb. Do not make it higher. If 64mb doesn't work you may want to try 32. Also, do you have this in your org.chameleon.boot.plist? <key>GraphicsEnabler</key> <string>Yes</string> try both of those changes

Under system report > Graphics/displays, what does it say for VRAM? should be 512mb.

I fixed this by installing 3rd party SATA in multibeast.

yeah you are right, i forgot that was with the last version of lion multibeast. It definitely works for me though, green port and everything, so it may be worth installing that with the old version.

Output is set to internal speakers. Green port has speakers plugged in with nothing else and works.

Hmm, I have pretty much the same setup except I'm using an Asus Radeon HD 6670 for graphics and it looks like your using the onboard graphics. My only issue is wake from sleep. Sleep works, just can't get it to wake with keyboard/mouse. I wonder if it has something to do with the graphics card.
