As I mentioned in my post with the dump, the patches were in config-DVI-06.plist
I created three .plists with different Bus IDs using hackintool. It was quicker to keep generating variations rather than creating one and then rebooting twice and juggle around plists to get to the point in...
deeveedee, tedyun and PastryChef .... Thanks so much for your help. I found the connector patches that PastryChef used on his z390 M Gaming and now have mine working with only those changes. Actually pastrychef had DP on index 1 (Port 5) that I removed because it doesn't exist on the MB. For...
gen_debug would open IORegistry but was unable to download it. I got the following notice from gen_debug:
"IOREG dump failed. Retrying by increasing delays...
IOREG dump has failed 3 times. Dumping generic IOREG report instead."
I'm attaching the dump. I was booting using the...
deeveedee.... Understood. Earlier you said "EFI and IORegistry dump" I assume those are the reporting files. If I can't get this sorted out I will send them.
What I found out yesterday is that even though my system report showed that my graphics were accelerated, my gpu wasn't showing on the...
I tried WEG 1.4.1 on my Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming but no joy. HDMI is still not working. I'm still trying to get the hackintool to work so I can patch the connectors correctly.
Yes I'm going to try the new version of WEG now. When you were doing your testing did you ever have the problem of no connectors being highlighted regardless of what ig-platform-id you chose?
I just went through the entire list of ig-platform-ids and could never get a connector the highlight...
deeveedee... I used hackintool on another setup with fully working video. The tool highlighted the monitor connection when using most ig-platform-ids, but some would cause the highlight to go away. device-id had no effect in my testing. So apparently some wrong ig-platform-ids specified in the...
Used this guide on a gigabyte Z390M gaming MB. I was able to get accelerated graphics working according to The System Information report and the Hackintool, but I cannot get the Hackintool to show any highlighted connectors for either a connected HDMI monitor or connected DVI monitor.
I do not...

The command that MacMan is showing just deletes the .IAPhysicalMedia file from the USB installer. You can do this without the command by using the computer you used to create the usb drive. Just plug in the USB drive and wait for it to mount. It should have the name "Install macOS High Sierra"...
See my UniBeast 8.2.0 bug post. I believe this will help. https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/unibeast-8-2-bug-with-10-13-3-installer-not-shown-in-clover-missing-iabootfiles.248994/#post-1718315

Like many others, I have had the problem of UniBeast successfully creating a USB install drive for High Sierra 10.13.4, but Clover does not show the installer partition at boot up. This happened when I created an installer using version 13.4.09 of the Install MacOS High Sierra.app.
When I...
What changes did you make in this version to solve the iMessage problem? It's always good to have an idea of what the root issue was.
It seems from the Chimera 2169 revision that is has to do with preloading NVRAM values.... is that correct?
Booting from Clover also worked, but I've been...
