Ya the 0 flashes except for the top left part, but ALSO there's a little LED on the motherboard, in between the PCI slot area that says "BIOS Led" that also flashes briefly. If you do end up getting a new PSU and MB, it'd be cool if you tried replacing one at a time and seeing which one makes...
