I actually really like the macOS Server app. Allows you to control everything in one place and easily switch things on and off from the menu. But it is absolutely down to preference. When I do a Windows machine with services like ftp, vnc, smb I much prefer the separation.

UniBeast for Sierra is the program used to make a clover USB to boot from. I currently recommend UniBeast 7 and an App Store Sierra installer for this build. I haven't tried High Sierra on it just yet.

At anyone - Is the new 'Apfs.efi' new to the update or new to High Sierra? I did it originally with my vanilla HS install but haven't had to overwrite it with the one linked in this thread.. Just out of interest are there any differences between the two?

You're absolutely right. I thought it was working - it absolutely is not at this point. I've disabled sleeping on both the hack and the display for the time being. Thanks for pointing this out.

Thanks @UtterDisbelief, yeah I did a benchmark yesterday and it peaked at around 45deg. Interestingly, it was only pulling 15watts from the wall. Love this low-power beast!
