There's a slim chance that I played around with the bluetooth kexts as I was troubleshooting my previous sleep/kernel panic problems. But then again - USB installer should boot without hiccups so I assume it's not that which is causing the problems.
Thanks Pastrychef for confirming that it should work right away. I need to triple check my connections. Can a missing bluetooth/or any other kext cause this? Though installation USB should work fine - which it doesn't, panics as well.
Soo, I finally got myself a wifi/bt card - similar as in this build from OSX Wifi:

Windows can see it but Sierra gives me kernel panic right from get go. I tried to boot in safe and...
Ah, I see. Well I've updated my bios as well per your instructions. Do you have any tip how do I start troubleshooting this sleep--> Kernel Panic problem.
Ah, forgot to mention. Initially the problem was the KP happened immediately after system going to sleep. This morning I tinkered with...
Right, so CodexCommander solved this for you. Funny thing and the reason I was asking is that I followed your guide and have a same hardware - maybe you had forgotten to mention something you did. Like down clocking your memory which was crucial to even get the installation done.
Yep, I'm using CodecCommander.
I'll post my Kernel Panic log to Sierra Desktop Support.
Did sleep worked on your build out-of-the-box? No tinkering required?

I had some problems at first although I followed your guide to the letter. My hardware differs slightly from yours so I though that must be the reason why my installation crashed every time around 50% mark.
I did all the...
Thanks for the answer. I got mine running but bricked it upon 10.10.2 update.
Have you successfully updated your rig?
Are you CPU states working properly - I think I got only two states working.
I would like to hear as well how you installed it. I got into installation with everything working fine and then the installation freezes at around 20%. If I get to desktop would be helpful to know what post-install procedures you did.
