Finally I found the cause of the kernel panic.
It was an Serial PCI card (UART) that was causing the problem....
Everything went smoothly after I removed the serial card...
I tried to plug the card back after the setup completed and I got the crash again.
I really wish someone could...

Everything works or seems to work just fine so far.
