Meh, I just went ahead and bought it all. Once built, I'll let you know my thoughts on the noise this rig kicks out ;)

The customac guide links to the 7260S, but the 7280S is currently cheaper. (and the model number is higher so it must be better right?!)

Is there any way I can find out which of my current choice of components will be the noisiest, and therefore first to be considered for replacing with a quieter alternative?
