hej, i just got back my attention to security and to truecrypt. actually i was wondering about the same thing as proxin. i have a dual boot pc with win7 and lion. i want to encrypt my whole system, not just some folders or usb-drives/sticks. as far as i read on the instructions site...

well, yeah i know, i should have both on an individual drive... thats my next purchase ... i found another method, quite simple. i downloaded gparted as a live disk. booted via usb into some live distribution (linux) and started gparted. there i was able to resize and move the partitions...

unfortunately my machine won't boot in safe mode. i tried to start lion from the usb-installation-stick with iboot. actually i wanted to start the terminal, but the command lines wont work ...

ok, it works now, i just downloaded the install file from http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/dow ... RTL8188CUS and it works perfect under 10.7.2

seems like an very old thread, but i have now this wlan device for my lion 10.7.3 any chance to get it working there? because i guess the 10.6.x drivers wont work for lion. thx in advance

same for me with wn851nd. after a reboot everything works fine until i use safari or i check the airport settings, then lion freezes completely. if i deinstall the kext lion works fine again, but without wireless :banghead:

well, i got it from my gf, because she has a mbp and i think u can run 5 machines with that licence. i am sure u know someone who has a mac, just ask that person to download it from the appstore and pay him/her ;)

now i reinstalled SL, ran multibeast with my dsdt and rebooted, but the machine is not able to boot anymore. hm, this all was easier with lion, so i am going back there unless some has an awesome advice how to fix that. thx
