I'd recommend to unplug all drives except the one you are installing MacOS on and have Clover on that drive. Window's will show up on Clover when you plug the Windows drive back in. No. No negative effects.

Did you update clover in the process?

How is your pen drive set up? Do you have a EFI folder in it with the necessary kext?

How far have you gotten? If you can share more information on what point you are failing, myself or somebody else could possibly help you out.

Is that the partition for the entire disk or just the windows partition? Can you attach a screenshot of diskutil list? I've never experienced that issue and haven't really been on my hackintosh lately since I'm mainly on my gaming rig most of the time.

Hello, VioletDragon. I've been reading alot of your content on the forums lately, some good stuff. Any particular reason why you suggest not to use APFS on hack? I did a fresh install of 10.13 the other night and haven't noticed anything out of the blue as of yet.

I believe MultiBeast needs to be updated to accommodate the new APFS file system. It’s listing your HDD because that’s still HFS+. I noticed that when I did a fresh install of 10.13 the other night but I never use MultiBeast, I install my Kexts manually.

Update went smoothly for me. Took no more then 10 minutes. Updated clover to the latest, installed update from the app store, rebooted. Profit.
