How do I edit SSDT for 4.5GHz?

I have an i5, and run it at 4.5GHz. How do I edit the SSDT to allow that? Currently it is limited to 4.2GHz with the one from MultiBeast, and gives me about 2k lower scores on GeekBench because of it. If I run over 4.2GHz, I get a 4200 GeekBench score :x Any help?

Early 08 Mac Pro Sata to Usb Header

You need to provide all power to the panel through the USB looking plug at the top of it. Look for diagrams as to what goes where. I got all my power from the ATX connector on the motherboard. Your feeding the data to the motherboard, from the USBs, through the SATA->USB cable. Hope that helps.
