Seems like the Nvidia cards that are compatible with tonymacx machines are all expensive, relative to comparable 100 series cards. Does anyone have a recommendation for the best bang for buck in the US right now for Nvidia? Or do we think that pascal support is likely to come sometime soon?

Interesting... I reset the BIOS to optimal settings after updating my BIOS as well. I deleted all printers, then installed the original apple Snow Leopard drivers, then the update. It didn't work for at least one or two reboots, but eventually I tried to install again and it worked! Not sure...
