Uh oh, I got rid of NullCPUpowermanagement like tony recommended and now my system KP's at bootup (ApplePowerManagement) or something like that.. Not sure what to do now, as I can't load the operating system to reinstall it...

Yeah, I've been following those instructions to a T all night, so far have tried 2 of the 4 LegacyHDA's in the 888 zip file. Where do I get the smbios.plist? I don't know if my DSDT is properly edited, LOL, it's the one he provided above :)

Do i need to get rid of the VoodooHDA kext that I installed in order for the ALC to work? If so what is the proper way to do it? Just delete the file from /S/L/E ?? I already tried the 3outs2in with both HDA and Legacy but neither seems to be working, you think VoodooHDA might be interfering...

I placed the new DSDT file in /Extra and renamed it to DSDT.aml and rebooted. The system still cannot wake up from sleep. I have my mouse and keyboard plugged into the middle row of USB ports on the back, if that matters (there are 3 rows). I'm still trying to get my ALC888 to work too :(...

I have an Intellimouse USB, the one with 5 buttons. Two of the buttons are for forward/back in the browser. These buttons trigger the scrolling function and not forward/back. Is there a trick to get them to work? Also how to speed up the acceleration of the scroll wheel so it scrolls more lines...

Mine isn't waking up either, ANY method... I have to shut down the power supply with the switch on the PSU, hold the power button, wait 5 seconds, turn the switch back on, and finally it cold boots.
