Using that guide and EFI Mounter 3.1 returns an apple event error?

I was able to find a text for intel wifi that I wanted to try. But I am unable to mount the EFI partition. I’ve tried hackintool, clover configurator, terminal and disk utility. It does not Mount. Also I can’t seem to figure out how to disable the nvidia card.

Are there any resources for configuration as far as my laptop goes? I can see that the Intel chip is working. Not sure about the NvIDIA chip. And mouse and keyboard work. Only thing I would like to figure out is WiFi since I don’t have access to Ethernet at the moment.

I was able to fix this by enabling CSM in my bios. Installing now as I type this.

Any idea?

I was able to get past the error by updating the kext from the GitHub. It booted but the screen is all jumbled?

Found it, and followed post 2. Give me this when trying to boot. Attached is the OC folder as well.

Where in the config is SMBIOS?

Okay. Do I need to use the windows option to create the installer or can I move straight to downloading opencore?

Is switching to opencore easy?

Using the correct config gives me a "kexts stall[0]"

I will load the config per the guide and see if I get past that step.

Using RehabMan’s laptop guide for Clover to install Mojave instead of Catalina and after I grab the installer to the usb and run it I get the following in verbose. Attached is my EFI folder as well. How should I proceed?

I am using Catalina 10.15.7. The config part was the part that was hanging me up. I do have the USBInjectAll.kext but I don’t think I have it in the right place

Attached is my hackintool. I know this is a thread about the usb but my wifi is also not working, not sure if that is known or not. I made a thread with my model of laptop already but I keep flip flopping as far as compatiblility is concerned. I hope that I can at least get these two issues...
