I have new problem - I have removed the windows partitions from my SSD drive, and now the system does not boot into installer.
It stops with
virtual IOReturn IONVMeController::C
and hangs there.
I had to remove the Microsoft partitions as the mac disk utility could not remove them.
It seems...
