I just did a clean reinstall and used Lnx2Mac's newest drivers so the Realtek ones never got installed this time. So far no KP's and iCloud and everything is working like it should.

This seems to of fixed the issues, (No KP's yet today since reinstalling) thanks for sharing! I haven't had no problems with the real tech drivers until 10.7.2.

I will try reinstalling it when I get home today to see if Lnx2Mac's driver fixes the issue.

Sleep is the only thing I haven't got to work but I haven't really tried. If you get sleep working on your board please post back so we will know how you did it.

I got mine to work with GraphicEnabler=Yes after I did a clean install of lion with Multibeast 4.0.2. I had a lot of trouble using the extension migration tool from a Snow Leopard working install.

mine had been letting me reboot back into windows but yesterday it stopped. I was overclocking the CPU and checking it in windows. any idea why it would of stopped letting me reboot out of Win7?

If I reboot out of Windows 7 now it will not load OS X, it just stopes on the grey screen with the Apple logo. If I power down out of windows 7 OS X will load any ideas?

Just got home and unhooked my OS X HDD and tried the SP1 update and it worked fine! Thank you for your help!

Lion OS is on its own HDD but Win 7 is on a HDD with a partition for Time Machine. I formatted the HDD using Disk Utility then made 2 partitions making one fat32 for win 7 then when loading win 7 formatted it to NTFS. I thought everything was working until I tried to update to SP1.
