This is extremely weird, I have the same issue, but in macOS Catalina. It’s been four years since this thread was opened and I’ve created many issues with Feedback Assistant before.

Most likely an issue due to 10xx series cards not being supported by macOS Mojave. You could try removing your nvidia web drivers and only having your monitors plugged into the AMD card when booting.
