Ok I did the next best thing. I ran First Aid my Macintosh HD with El Capitan on it (No Errors shown). Then I just partitioned my initial El Capitan Drive and Made a new partition called Sierra. (So recovery stays in tact). Then I tried installing Sierra on the new Sierra Partition. Same Error...

I found the issue. My patching was good. Problem was I was still booting from the USB. You need to install the Clover bootloader on the system and boot with that. Installing Clover bootloader and getting the laptop to boot from it right away (not via USB) should be part of the instructions...
