HP Elite Slice ("Windows Mac Mini") Hackintosh?

Audio isn't working yet, but as far as I know there are appropriate drivers to fix it. Nevertheless, depending on the Hackintosh success, I would like to replace it with an external usb solution (ESI DAC Nano), because the build-in headphone audio quality is really poor, at least for my ears...

HP Elite Slice ("Windows Mac Mini") Hackintosh?

Good news, I succeeded to install OSX via Unibeast, without any problem! The Post-Installation is now in progress, Network, Graphics (recognised as Intel HD Graphics 530 14MB) and Sleep doesn't work so far. I will create a separate thread for this purpose

HP Elite Slice ("Windows Mac Mini") Hackintosh?

it is, that is why I ordered this device (for a good price, less than the current lowest spec mac mini). It comes fully build with 3 years warranty, mouse and wireless keyboard. A NUC with similar specs (like the Skull Canyon would cost much more) In addition, the Elite Slice contains a full...

Whatever, I struggle with some other Problems now during Post Installation on my NUC Skull Canyon. While proceeding with make make install_sc I get the following in Terminal: rm -f /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/SSDT-*.aml cp ./build/SSDT-Config-SC.aml ./build/SSDT-XOSI.aml...

[Guide] Intel Skylake NUC6 (and Skull Canyon) using Clover UEFI (NUC6i5SYK, NUC6i7KYK, etc)

yes, I mean the "original" config file which was created during the installation of clover on the usb tick (in my case with additional patches for NVMe support https://github.com/RehabMan/patch-nvme). RehabMan's guide Which clearly implies that up to this point, config.plist and...

[Guide] Intel Skylake NUC6 (and Skull Canyon) using Clover UEFI (NUC6i5SYK, NUC6i7KYK, etc)

This must be a typo, because by doing so you override the original config.plist file!

[Guide] Intel Skylake NUC6 (and Skull Canyon) using Clover UEFI (NUC6i5SYK, NUC6i7KYK, etc)

the length should not be the problem, i would just shorten the pcb. the more important question is, if the adapter solution will work and solve the wifi/bluetooth problem. what do you think?

[Guide] Intel Skylake NUC6 (and Skull Canyon) using Clover UEFI (NUC6i5SYK, NUC6i7KYK, etc)

Thanks for the information. Can it be fixed by using a appropriate adapter? Edit: Found a promising adapter: http://www.delock.de/produkte/F_1179_M-2-NGFF_65699/merkmale.html Btw: Is it possible to deactivate the original Intel WIFI/bluetooth card in the NUC bios?

[Guide] Intel Skylake NUC6 (and Skull Canyon) using Clover UEFI (NUC6i5SYK, NUC6i7KYK, etc)

Whly? The Skull Canyon Nuc offers 2x M.2 Slots, one can be used for a SSD, the other for a Broadcom WIFI/Bluetooth Card? Am I right?
