Do you have a DGPU like AMD 530 ？ If you have that DGPU, you should disable it by a ssdt-dgpu.aml just as a laptop.

Sorry for my English， In your EFI，there is no “rename” for“GFX0 to IGPU”. I think you could try to add that rename and delete all devises for graphics，just inject intel in the graphics，and use SMBIOS imac17.1 or macmini8.1.

Sorry for my english, For my 8700ES with UHD630，I just used “inject intel” with whatevergreen.kext without any other setup. Maybe whatevergreen.kext could inject id-platform by itselt.
