I have an very old nvidia card 8400...In this case, could I use the card as "helper" card to boot 10.11.6 then change to my 380 (the brand is xfx, I feel sad about the card I picked up).

Dear Fl0r!an I have problem with my xfx 380 380x for booting to black, while I use xero e5 2665 gpu without gpu at all. You do not suggest amd graphic card with 10.11 or 10.12. So I wonder whether 10.10 would work fine with my graphic card? Thanks very much
