    Solved sound with https://github.com/chris1111/VoodooHDA-2.9.2-Clover-V15 Works clean on Catalina Latest 10.15.5 May be mark as solved now ;)

    Got it !! Was missing the AirportBRCMfixup kext !! Wifi now But no sound :D

    Thanks for your advice The Serial port was disabled but not the parallel, i disabled it now As @Feartech mentionned to remove any patch files in acpi/patched folder, this blocked the booting

    So i used Ubuntu to bring back my files and allow a normal boot

    Btw i don't know how to fix it except booting on Ubuntu, mounting EFI and then copy back files
