1) Search the kext with your command gives that it resides in both locations L/E and S/L/E
2) Use rm -rf command to delete them
3) Copy the FakeSMC* kext using your commands to L/E and S/L/E
4) Restart

I have deleted from everywhere. Is it in cache or what? How to get rid of it?

Copying the above 4 files to Library/Extensions then restarting the laptop, allows HWMonitor to read the temperature of the processor.

Yes, beside your guide there were some unsuccessful trials. That file may be a result of them.
1- Does uninstalling NullCPUPowerManagement.kext resolve the problem?
2- How to uninstall NullCPUPowerManagement.kext? What are the alternative?
3- Are there any other files should be removed?
