Error Media Kit reports not enough space on device for requested operation
I had this problem when I had to format a drive (not a partition) to install OSX. I solved this problem using gparted formatting this drive with ext4 file system (default one). Back to the installation process in disk utility I was able to format this ext4 drive to hfs without having this error...- YosemiteGio
