nvm. got it to work. if you're using an insignia tv make sure to change the picture settings to "PC" and then make sure the Hdmi setting is set to "2.0" instead of 1.4 or auto.

4k 60hz over HDMI is not working. It's only 30hz. Booted to windows and 4k 60hz works with all the same hardware (monitor and cables). I've tried different SmBios (iMac18,1 iMac19,1, MacPro6,1) and nothing works. opencore 0.6.4 x99 5960x amd rx 560 4gb SMBiOS iMacPro1,1
