What Version of OS X is your Computer Running?

Yosemite on my two workstations. i7 950/X58 is the old and i7 5960X/X99 the new, both reported to be problematic/not running as of my last looks for updates. And 10.10.5 is running stable so I'm in no hurry. The MacBook Pro (Retina 2012, 1st Gen) is on El Cap which is more stable then...

Z77 / Ivy Bridge System only booting in safe mode

I know it isn't necessary but it can help to speed up virtual hardware in some cases. Managing some Linux systems with server virtualisation I got some experience over the years ... But as I said for now it isn't important for me so I'll stick with VT-d disabled for now. Ok, I didn't knew...

Z77 / Ivy Bridge System only booting in safe mode

This was on to have it if using a VM sometime but with VT-d disabled it works. And currently there is no plan to use VMs soon so this will do the trick for me. Thank you.

Maybe you can help me a bit. How did you got working digital output? I tried several times with different methods now but I don't get working output. My reciver tells me, that it detects a PCM signal on the coax input but I don't get any sound out of it. I'd like to try this especially because...

Adobe CS5 - Unlocking CS5 to enable All Nvidia CUDA cards

Of course I did that as I wrote in my post. Have CUDA Driver 4.0.50 installed. Photoshop (CS4) doesn't use CUDA but only OpenGL for better/faster drawing. This is no problem at all with my configuration.

Adobe CS5 - Unlocking CS5 to enable All Nvidia CUDA cards

This topic is a bit older, but I think it's best to append here. I'm running a Hackintosh with a Palit GeForce 460GTX Sonic Platinum which runs stable since I installed Lion except freezing bootup sometimes - but this is another thing. Graphics Driver is the one brought by lion, cuda is the...
