Yes I do, and it does seem that tat's what is causing the panics. Its just very odd since I'm 90% sure i wasn't getting panics in the original version (it looks like maybe i'd struck gold and now i've thrown it all away!)

Its always worth disabling System Preferences > Energy Saver > Wake for Wi-fi Network Access
