Thanks, but I've already tried that with the same results... Between the rehabman build, and the latest official build which would be preferred? Also... would it make life easier if I switched from Mojave to High Sierra? I'm in no way married to Mojave.

I've been attempting to follow Rehabman's guide to install Mojave on my HP Probook. At the moment I'm stuck. Trying to boot from install_osx leads me to the issue where the laptop restarts after "End RandomSeed". Various threads suggest trying a different USB port or a newer version of clover...
