From Clover, Windows does boot, just godawfully slow; as previously said, once Clover hands it off to Windows Boot Manager, it starts the boot process normally, apparently hangs on USB...

    For me, all I needed were the two kexts (FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext); a restart and all seems to be working as it should.
