Followed your procedure but it ended up not booting so had to copy config.plist from usb to the ssd drive.
I chose to go into CC and then SMBIOS, click on the magic wand, I selected Macmini5,1 from the list then pressing ok.
Opened up Plistedit Pro and open the config.plist file on the ssd...
As I understand from your post (Source) I have to open the config.plist from my harddrive, go Into SMBIOS, then press the Magic wand and then shake, shake for week of manufacture and shake for Unit number.
Then press ok I suppose and it should give me a serial number and then reboot?
One last question, how do I get a serial number, cause I can't login on app store atm. Just ticking. Tried your method but I messed up. Is it possible you for link a config-plist file with a serial number so I can just paste in into my directory?

I did take 15-20 min but then an error message is display saying file is corrupted or damaged, don't know if I was doing right when moving seinbhouse clover folder to efi efi clover and then replace them, or is it the point to replace the clover folder in order for the nuc to boot up? Used...
Tried 5 times to install el capitan 10.11.3. I'm going to change to unibeast and see if it helps, always something wrong with the installation, stuck at one second remaining. Don't understand when I'm download the proper installation from app store.
Tried to do a clean install from scrath, is it suppose to stay about a second remaing? It's been like that for 30 min, wont restart
EDIT: Seem like the copy I downloaded was corrupted, will try one more time to download
Easiet way to fix this? I can boot into terminal without a problem and I have an backup for efi clover just before this happened. How can enter and restore a efi clover backup? I heard about this Boot Maintenance Manager. But how do I enter boot mainteance manager?
Every second time I turn on the computer the icon for volume is grey out. I can't hear anything nor find the headphone jack in setting. Only way to fix it is with a reboot. There's no other solution to fix this problem?
