Oh that's the problem. You must install it from a USB2 port. USB3 ports will give you a "waiting for root device" error and you can't go in the installer.

I've got the same problem. I think Unibeast is not ready for 10.11.6 yet. Try creating your USB with Disk Maker and install Clover manually then. This should create a bootable stick then :) Good luck!!!! Joshi
