Audio works fine but becomes very faint after sleep

Basically, if I use my audio (for example; Listening to Guns n' Roses - Paradise City) and then pause it and put my hackintosh to sleep, upon resume I can still hear the song but the sound is faint and much quieter than it was before. This is a brand new installation of El Capitan, fresh install...

UniBeast: Install OS X El Capitan on Any Supported Intel-based PC

Unfortunately I tried that with no success, I'm convinced its some sort of software issue or something of that sort. I don't have an com.apple.Bluetooth.plist in my ~/Library/Extensions folder. Not sure what that means, but I know I don't have one.

I've attempted to put the USB dongle in every USB port on my computer, it still recognizes as not available. It does show up correctly in USB devices, as "Bluetooth HCI".

UniBeast: Install OS X El Capitan on Any Supported Intel-based PC

Hello, I followed this guide and updated my hackintosh to El Capitan last week, its working very well and is just as stable as my old Yosemite installation with Chimera. However, I have had one problem that has bothered me to no end. When I updated my hackintosh to El Capitan, for some reason...

The IGPU RAM is set to 64MB... The problem is when I install my GTX 750, I can't see my screen... its almost like nothing is being outputted to it. But the backlight comes on almost like it is, but it isn't. I am not using Multibeast, since I am using Clover... can you use multibeast with...

Can't boot clover, SMBOS has arrived.

Switching from direct VGA, to a HDMI > VGA adapter solved my problem, and I can now boot up into Mac OS X, to install it. However I now get a screen garble for a short period of time while the apple loading screen appears. Any idea what could be causing this? I verified that everything else you...

Can't boot clover, SMBOS has arrived.

I am connected to VGA, on both ends on my motherboard. Not sure what IGPU RAM is? I'm using my integrated graphics so I don't really know why I'd have to set that, I have a Nvidia 750 Ti FTW card, but it isn't currently installed so it should be using the integrated graphics. If I boot...

Can't boot clover, SMBOS has arrived.

Hello, I am attempting to Hackintosh my computer, the specifications can be seen in my profile information. I recently tried to do this using the Unibeast method, since I am not very familiar with Clover. I wasn't getting anywhere, and couldn't boot Unibeast at all. I decided to switch...

Successfully hackintoshed a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series, the laptop was 400 dollars and runs Mac OS X Yosemite perfectly! I haven't found a fix for Audio or Native Sleep, but besides that it is completely functional including battery status (without DSDT)! I am going to post this as a tutorial...

Alrighty, I installed Mac OS X Yosemite, and the bootloader! They are both working fantastic however I am wondering if there is a way to fix a little graphical glitch. So when I start up Mac, I get a black screen with a Apple logo and loading bar, around half way some weird graphics problem...

It seems to have worked! Thanks RehabMan, I'll try to see how much functionality i can get with it using kexts, and then post a tutorial for anyone else with a dell inspiron 15 3000 series. Its really handy that Dell allows you to add boot options manually!

Troubles launching Mac OS X Yosemite installer, using UniBeast.

Okay so my Bios allows me to manually add a boot option, it needs to point to specific file. What is the file that boots Clover? I need to find the file, and select it so that when I add it manually it runs. Basically my question is, what is the file that launches clover insides my USB stick

Yes secure boot is disabled, UEFI is enabled. I don't have a powered USB hub laying around, I see these 3 options when attempting to boot using UEFI. "Mac OS X", Onboard NIC(IPV4), OnboardNIC(IPV6). The Mac OS X boot option, is where I installed Mac OS X using clover. IT doesn't yet have the...
