It almost sounds like the Mavericks installer is messed up, try redownloading it and use unibeast to install it to the thumbdrive again... It wont hurt to try it, hope this fixes it... Maybe even the thumbdrive is faulty... i have had one go bad on me though that is in about 30 of em... try...

Are you using a Thumbdrive with Unibeast installed on it? Which USB Port are you using. If it is a DVD-R did you burn at a slow enough speed to make sure you got a good Burn? Are you sure that the drive you are using to install to is free of errors? It almost sounds like you may have a bad...

i would say also that it might be the monitor. I had an older Acer 24" monitor that would blank out and would not even show bios at all or post image, starting instead at the windows XP boot logo. I set my initial graphics to Discrete or PCIE graphics and it improved but just getting to boot...

Well everything is working great. But audio that is, but I think that is my fault. I think I chose two options for audio on accident when doing multibeast. Is there a reason for wanting a wifi card when the default intel gigabit works fine?

I was just wondering as I have this same network card in my Dell Inspiron 1764 and have little luck getting it to run in either 10.5.8 or 10.6.2 snow leopard. Has anybody had any luck yet??? Thanks for your support!!! Thomas

First off thanks for the wonderful support you have provided Tony, as we all wouldn't be here if it weren't for it!!! Second. I have a Dell Inspiron 1764 that has had SL successfully installed on it, but when trying to install update 10.6.3 it trashes the install after a kernel panic happens...

Very odd.... I just junked my last install by installing the 10.6.3 update, for some reason it crashed and have to reinstall again, gonna see if that kext works...
