I also have a h61n-usb3 and a native wifi card in the pci-e port, mine also stops working after a while, a tried to find a fix but to no avail, i also tried the card in a h67n-usb3-b3 and it did the same thing, in all my other system the card worked flawlessly (ep45-ud3p and lots of g31m-....)...
