    Chimera Not Installed on HDD

Hi Joe, Thanks for the reply. I'm just using one hard drive, I'll look over the motherboard boot settings. The problem is is that Chimera isn't installed on the hard drive, therefore the iMessage doesn't work. I'll look at it later today. Jamie :beachball:

Hi Adrian, I've tried the USB with one of the USB 2.0 ports on the back, still no luck. Monitor is outputting via HDMI and Windows is on the same HDD as I'm trying to install Mavericks on. I had the issue when I first built the PC so I decided to install Windows first. Jamie

    Trouble Installing Mavericks on GA-Z87M-D3H

Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm still getting the same 'waiting for root device' problem. I have set, and checked over the BIOS settings and I've had a look at GoingBald's post and I believe I've done everything correctly. Any further ideas I could try? Jamie

    Trouble Installing Mavericks on GA-Z87M-D3H

Hi, I'm pretty new to PC building, I built my first PC two days ago. It's currently running Win8.1. I've posted this because I'm having trouble installing Mavericks. I've done a bit of Googling and I've found that the same/similar problems have happened to other people. I know the board is...
