I was able to get the HP ProDesk 400 G5 SFF to work using the EFI you attached as a reference, thank you very much.

In my case, I was able to solve the problem with ACPI patch.

Nice work Asural. This could be added to post #1 for those following the guide. The EFI folder updated as well.

Since the chipset is different, I'll hold off until I can confirm whether the problem can be resolved.
I was able to solve the problem of the Windows time being incorrect using the tool attached to this post.
 
There are no particular complaints about CX20632 layoutID, but @jhend1 has made a new suggestion.
I would be happy if you could read this and leave a comment.
