it's possible that the problem is my 980 pro?

I notice that in your EFI/OC/Kexts folder, three items display a red dot to their right. Have you tried removing those temporarily to see if anything improves?

ok i have succesfully installed Sonoma 14.3. But if i connect my Eterneth cable non get ip address and if i have cable connected and I activate Wi-Fi the system crash....and the wifi not show the wifi network

for ethernet use AppleIGC.kext.

You are using a Fenvi T919 WiFi adapter. For this to work, you'll need to block IOSkywalkFamily.kext and add IOSkywalkFamily.kext, IO80211FamilyLegacy.kext, and AirportBrcmNIC.kext (the last 2 kexts had been advised to block in post #6 above). Then apply the OCLP Patcher. Details of how to properly enable the Fenvi adapter are in this post. Do read that post carefully as it contains a lot of information and ways to troubleshoot any issues that may arise if you encounter them along the way.

I would recommend installing Sonoma with only Ethernet first, then after everything is working properly would you then proceed with the WiFi setup. Your motherboard is simliar to mine so I would recommend reading my guide for additional details/ideas.

You won't need AppleIGC.kext to begin. Use the native Intel i225-V adapter for Ethernet (you'll need to enable AppleVTD) but after setting up WiFi, you will need it to work with the Fenvi adapter. Make sure you disable the native Intel i225-V adapter prior to using the AppleIGC.kext. See Notes 5 in that guide.
