Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming build with working NVRAM

Does this Kernel patch from CaseySJ apply:

It's perfect with his patch.

@pastrychef thanks for help to understand the problem. All is OK now.

@CaseySJ is awesome with a patch for Internet and 10Gbe card.

Thanks again guys

what did you add or change to make it work?
did you just add this to quirks?

I disabled the AppleVTD stuff and Aquantia stuff. Those were the things that broke with 13.3.

Do I need to turn off V-td in Bios with this last one @pastrychef?

It may work with VT-d enabled, but, to be safe, I'm suggesting turn it off.

That did it, I am now on 13.3 Thank you very much. You are the MAN!!!!

EFI updated to OpenCore 0.9.1. Should be fully Ventura 13.3 compatible.

AppleVTD stuff disabled.
Old Aquantia fixes disabled.
New CaseySJ Aquantia patches added (patch #1 enabled).

Please disable VT-d in BIOS when using this EFI.

Hi pastrychef,

I would just like to add that your last EFI worked for me also. The first time I tried, I thought it had frozen on the Apple progress bar, but I left it for a while, and it started up properly. The next time it sailed through to the login screen :) Thanks for your perseverance and great skill!

Hello, I've had a Mojave Clover Installation but I needed to update to newer MacOs Versions and decided to start a fresh OpenCore Install.

Pastrychef, could you please clarify the steps? I'm not using any dGPU, just the iGPU Intel 630. Tried the latest OC EFI you posted but without any success. Tks
