SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext seems to be missing.
EmuVariableUefi-64.efi generally required on Skylake. Also missing.
Patched ACPI may be out of sync with native ACPI.
OK cool, will give it a go..........

Again will also give it a go......

so regenerate and repatch (i don't think we even patched - it was just to omit the USB related SSDT because i had a USB 3.0 stick)?

Installer does not generally require patched ACPI.
If a specific SSDT (suspect xh_rvp10) is causing a problem, it can be eliminated with DropTables in config.plist. See my guide plist files, for example.

..............it's as if you breathe fire into the belly of the mountain!

SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext seems to be missing. <--------didn't seem to make any difference

Patched ACPI may be out of sync with native ACPI. <------------------made it work (clover F4 then copy to patched folder excluding SSDT3 which was the xh_rvp10 one and any'x' files)

thank you

will test installer for drives again later (but tried once after including SATA and EMU above and no drives still)

How about High Sierra?

How about High Sierra?

Yes working fine and running off a 2nd NVMe drive. Audio, WiFi, Ethernet, Battery Status.

I created a fresh installer (RehabMan style - follow his guide to the letter then compare with my clover folder)

i included my Clover folder from the NVMe drive (not the usb installer but it's pretty much the same)

also a script to get audio working (randomly found and it works!)

good luck
