macOS Sierra PB: Need testers for new AMD Radeon drivers!

What i'm more concerned is, why some brands got acceleration and some didn't? I'm fine with black screen during boot up, but no matter how i try, i couldn't get acceleration on graphic card.
 
Somewhat unrelated question, just plugged in a 9500 gt (which seems to work oob) so I can use my second monitor which has only vga connector. RX 480 is in first slot, the 9500gt is in second.

And everything works fine, except, photoshop now rather uses the 9500 gt for acceleration instead of RX480. Same thing happened to me on windows, photoshop rather used the iGPU instead of RX480, when a second monitor was connected to iGPU.

I'm guessing this is photoshop error, but I just have to ask here for opinions. Maybe I'm missing something.

@Mork_vom_Ork: Thanks for your tests. I'm quite sure the HD 530 has UEFI support, I guess GPU-Z doesn't recognize it because it can't dump the ROM (or is it able to dump it?).

I can disable the GOP part in your RX ROM, it's just a one-byte change.

Hi guys,
I've already been watching this thread for some time and just plugged in my MSI 480.
It boots fine without setting iGPU as primary, no black screen, nothing?!!

Now to get acceleration which fakeSMC is the right one for 10.12.1 (stable), still the one on page 64?

just veryfied my theory: flashed my RX460 with nonGOP-VBIOS (thx. to FLORIAN 4 providing this), disabled IGPU in BIOS and rebooted... with same effect: BlackScreen after verbose boot. Damn it... i was hoping to get the problem solved. But no, still not working as solo gfx card within a Hackintosh.

So have to continue investigating the problem. SORRY.

Yes, it should work, however that card has not been reported to work yet. Place the kext in your EFI clover kext folders 10.11, and Other.
