My bluetooth is still broken after removing BT and replacing with ioath3k. i repaired permissions and whatnot... tried sleeping and waking, removed and reinstalled... still nothing. it was working before i removed the broken BT kext to fix sleep.
Is anyone else having an issue where they put their laptop to sleep and bluetooth is no longer available upon wake? Is this normal, or do I need to repair a kext?
I have the newest update available, and I'm using clover.
am i able to replace the stretched apple logo like i can with chameleon? that's my only issue. that, and i'd prefer a quiet boot, if that's at all possible as well.
thanks for the directions. i was able to boot on my first attempt. i updated iWork and ilife, as well as aperture.
That's a possibility. I find that the probooks just work best with a fresh install. I should invest in a ex. HDD for backup. ill wait until new OS comes out to try anything. im hoping to see better battery life too.
Do i have to set up a dual boot to check internal mic? that's the only thing i can think of unless there's another kext i should try repatching.
at least my external jack is working now.
Ok, so I installed the kext. then i installed 4x30 kexts using 6.1.6 installer. i rebuilt cache and extensions. and......
EDIT: My external jack is working. not the internal mic with webcam.
mic works. i've been unable to find a vanilla applehda kext. can you point me in the right direction?
im assuming install with kextwizard, install 6.1.6, rebuild, restart?
