I am going to build one of these this week, I had a GA-P55A-UD3 working perfectly but killed it (don't ask).
With that I needed to use a specific AppleRTC kext to solve the problem you have.. will let you know.
I replaced a bad memory module which was causing havoc.
Rebuilt and used DSDT from database
Used the AppleRTC_Patched_Lion from cakewalk and checked the restart after power failure, also used IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector but not 3rd party AHCI - sleep working well now. I will post a recipe soon.
I just lit up a used Dell T110, this one has a 2.4GHz quad core without HT
I installed Snow Leopard and combo 10.6.8 with iBoot and then upgraded to Lion 10.7.2 with xMove - all went fairly smoothly

Get the rewritten BCM5722D.kext for gigabit ethernet - no problems so far.
