Was your High Sierra already on APFS? Mine is on HFS+, so not sure if it will work.

Two Problems After Updating to El Capitan fixed #2. Rehabman's codeccommander.kext from 11/22 worked by putting it in efi/kexts/11.11 instead of s/l/e. full up 11.11.3, baby!

Was running 10.10.2. No problems updating to 10.10.5. I then updated to 10.11.3 and ran into 2 issues. 1) I used auto_master and auto_data in \etc to auto load my sever directory on boot. It's a smb logged in as guest. Worked fine in 10.10.2 and 10.10.5, but in 10.11.3 it no longer works...

Will the CodecCommander.kext I used in Yosemite (10.10) work in El Capitan (10.11)? Or do I need a newer build of the kext?

I have a similar problem. When ever I do a heavy file transfer over the wifi, the Bluetooth devices (mouse, keyboard) become laggy and sometimes even disconnect.

neither putting the kext in S/L/E with kextbeast nor placing it in EFI/EFI/Clover/kexts/10.10 worked. however, using the latest MultiBeast to install it into S/L/E fixed the issue. I am not sure why the MultiBeast method works but not kextbeast. Either way I wish it worked on the EFI partition.
